We’re at an exciting inflection point of our growth and are seeking an exceptional candidate to elevate customer success, maximise partner growth and revenue potential, and foster deep brand loyalty.

What we're looking for:

We’re looking for someone with experience in sales or account management who thrives off of revenue targets and customer relationships. You’ll need to be articulate, confident and highly organised in order to work and manage relationships with senior people at global fashion brands.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Driving customer success and brand loyalty from all SOJO brand partners
    • Ensuring our partners are routinely supported and informed by creating cadences for updates, reports and meetings with all partners
    • Understanding customer problems to ensure our service and solution is a “must have” for our brands partners - feeding needs back into our engineering and strategic work
  • Unlocking the revenue potential in all our partnerships:
    • Maximising growth with current B2B customers by driving store expansions, securing omnichannel adoption, introducing new feature/service adoption
  • Onboarding new stores and being the key point of contact for retail staff in our brand partner stores

The ideal candidate:

  • Has 3+ years experience in an account management or sales role
  • Is confident creating systems and processes from scratch and working independently and to a high standard
  • Is exceptionally articulate, confident and persuasive in order to sell to and manage relationships with senior people at global fashion brands
  • Has an exceptional level of organisation
  • Someone comfortable with hard work, big targets and high-intensity environment
